I. Data quoted by Registree will appear in the dental database (hereinafter referred to as Database) available on www.dentalimplant-directory.net for 12 (twelve) months after Registree has filled in and sent back the registration form in writing to ITC 91 SRO

II. Registree's data will be available in the Database for 12 (twelve) months starting on the day the request for registration is approved. Service Provider undertakes to approve an incoming request for registration within 3 (three) working days, upon expiry of which the data quoted shall appear in the Database.

The registration fee shall be paid upon registration. Service Provider shall invoice the amount of the registration fee to Registree. Registree shall pay the registration fee within 8 (eight) working days following the issue date of the invoice. Should Registree fail to meet this deadline, Service Provider shall be entitled to erase the incoming data from the Database without delay. In such a case, Service Provider may only approve a renewed request for registration against preliminary payment. Service Provider must only render Registree any service after it has approved the registration either in e-mail or per mail.

Service Provider shall be entitled to contact Registree for the purpose of data reconciliation at the availabilities quoted on the registration form.

Date of the registration's arrival shall be calculated as follows:

on the day after the registration form has been submitted, if sent per e-mail;

on the day of receipt of the registration form by Service Provider, if sent per postal mail.

III. Data modification: Registree may ask for modification of its data in a duly signed postal mail, or in a duplicate thereof sent per e-mail.

Service Provider may verify the true nature of a request for data modification. Registree shall apply for data modification without limitation. A registered user shall be entitled to modify its data free of charge on the relevant online platform.

Registration fee (and any data modification or other fees) shall be paid by bankers' transfer on the account number 17000019-11774237 held with ELLA Bank Zrt.

IV. In accordance with Act LXIII of 1992, ITC 91 SRO. shall be the manager of personal data quoted on the registration forms.

Data shall be supplied on a voluntary basis. The purpose of personal data management shall only be the publication thereof in the Database and the data shall exclusively be available via the Database.

Without Registree's explicit written consent, the data shall not be available for third parties in any form different from that described above.

Service Provider undertakes to wipe all personal data upon expiry of the service agreement for publication in the Database.

V. Service Provider may notify the other party on its intention not to extend the agreement 30 (thirty) days prior to the expiry of the registration period. The agreement shall be terminated on the day following the expiry of the registration period. Service Provider shall inform Customer on this fact. Service Provider and Customer may enter into a new agreement.

VI. Customer may excercise its right to terminate the agreement within 8 (eight) working days following the date of the agreement's conclusion, that is the date the registration has been confirmed. Upon expiry of this period, Customer shall no more have the right to terminate. Should Customer legally terminate the agreement within this period, Service Provider shall be held liable to refund the service fee received within 30 (thirty) days provided Customer has sent back the invoice issued by Customer per mail. The service fee shall be repaid by bankers' transfer to the account from which the fee has been transferred to Service Provider's account. Customer acknowledges that it may not excercise its right to terminate even during the above-mentioned period of 8 (eight) days in case Service Provider starts providing service by Customer's consent during the period open for termination. Considering the fact that Parties enter into agreement for a definite period of time (12 months), termination with notice thereof shall not be allowed.

VII. Customer may enforce its claims concerning the service at ITC 91 SRO. on the below availabilities:

VIII. Service Provider excludes indemnification arising from the management, destruction, non-arrival or any other failure of the registration forms. In case the service is suspended for at least a total of one week during the service period of 12 months, Service Provider shall refund the pro-rata registration fee. Service Provider shall not be held liable for any other damages arising from the interruption of the service. Service Provider shall not be held liable for any damages that arise from faults in working and changes in the visual layout of the Database or any modification thereof by third parties. Service Provider shall not be held liable for the content of materials supplied or posted on the Internet by Customer. Customer declares that all materials and information handed over to Service Provider represents its own property, violates no third-party copyrights, may be freely used on the Internet and violates no third-party rights (e.g. negative advertisement, etc.).
